Robert joined Turtons as Special Counsel in 2008. He has twenty years experience covering a wide range of commercial litigation including product liability disputes, building matters, insurance claims, business interruptions claims, discrimination matters, partnership disputes, insolvency matters, estate claims and contract disputes.

He provides in-house training for clients on a range of subjects and works with clients to assist them with compliance issues. He is regularly invited to speak at legal conferences on privacy, product liability, negligence and tort reform.

He is a member of the New South Wales Committee of the National Products Liability Association.
