Neil has practised in all areas of law relevant to the Australian property market for over 20 years. In that time he has provided advice to a wide range of Australian, Japanese and US clients, including a number of well known publicly listed companies.

As well as routinely handling 'normal' residential property matters for private clients, Neil has assisted various corporate clients with large commercial, industrial and residential property developments from initial acquisition through development to eventual sale. Neil's commercial expertise encompasses the spectrum of property leasing and design and construct contracts, and he is regularly asked to provide advice on complex financing and structuring arrangements.

Neil brings a depth of experience in the property industry, particularly for corporate clients where property is not their core business.
His experience includes acquisitions, disposals and leasing of major CBD buildings, residential developments and most types of commercial and industrial property throughout Australia.
