Bill is the firm leader. He has been in private practice for over 30 years, dealing with a wide range of litigious and non-litigious matters across a number of industries.

Bill has practised extensively as a general commercial, property and private client lawyer as well as acting as general legal counsel for a major Australian-based international public company for a number of years.

As well as providing legal services, Bill has a genuine interest in the business activities of his clients, having an MBA as well as legal qualifications. He contributes to his clients’ success by providing timely, practical advice, whatever the issue under consideration. That contribution is obviously recognised - he has been providing regular advice to some of his business clients (their boards, owners and line managers) for well over 20 years.
