Our fees

We are completely open about our fees and our expectations regarding payment.

We are not the cheapest law firm in Sydney, nor are we anywhere near the most expensive, but we are confident that we provide excellent value for the services we provide.

We normally charge for the work we do on a ‘time’ basis. See our standard Terms of Retainer for full details.

We will consider alternative fee arrangements in appropriate circumstances, provided they are fair to all concerned. These arrangements might include general retainers, "blended" charge rates, fixed fees and volume discounts. Normally we do not do work on a "speculative" fee basis.

We understand that legal costs for our clients are an expense to be managed. We are happy to provide an estimate of our legal costs, in as much detail as our clients require, and to keep that estimate under constant review.
