In short, when you use Turtons, you decide how much to pay – but not until after we have done your work.
As far as we are aware, Turtons’ fee model is unique to any recognised professional services firm in Australia.
If you think our work is worth more than we do, we would like to think your payment might occasionally reflect this. If you think our work is worth less than we do, you can pay whatever you want, provided you pay what you think is the appropriate amount and visit us to explain where we have fallen short of expectations.
The only times Turtons does not offer this fee model are contentious matters which might result in litigation (due to the way costs orders are dealt with) and other matters where fees are regulated by law.
