We are focused on quality in all that we do. We recognise that in order to provide a consistent quality of service, we need a structured environment to support it, and so we’ve developed a detailed quality system that is subject to a regular external audit.

Our procedures and our continuous improvement strategies are based on the Australian Business Excellence framework and we have obtained certification to the international standard ISO 9001:2000, being one of the first law firms in Australia to have done so.

Our procedures and systems are backed up by regular internal assessment and our externally audited management process. Our focus on best practice assists us in providing our clients with high quality, timely and cost effective advice.
